Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are generally processed beginning on the next business day.
• Processing times may increase during product launches, promotional sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
• Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the applicable options for accepting a delay or canceling for a refund.

Domestic Shipping — United States

We offer shipping within the United States to eligible addresses.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

Cauliflower University may offer international shipping to select countries where shipping options are available at checkout.

• Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing.
• International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, VAT, or other applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
• Customs processing may cause additional delays outside our control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable import restrictions and providing accurate shipping information.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking information will be provided when available through the selected shipping service.

Please allow time for carrier tracking information to become active after your shipping label is created or your package is collected.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the available delivery methods, package details, and destination.

The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Any free-shipping promotions or special shipping offers will be clearly indicated when available.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@caulifloweru.com.

We will attempt to correct the address before shipment when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.

Additional charges may apply to reship packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact support@caulifloweru.com so we can investigate.

For packages marked delivered but not received, we recommend checking your delivery location, verifying the shipping address, and contacting the carrier. If your package remains missing, please reach out to our support team.

For damaged shipments, please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the item and packaging when contacting us.

We will work with the shipping carrier and customer to determine an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Preorders and Backordered Merchandise

Certain products may occasionally be offered for preorder or become temporarily unavailable.

When applicable, the anticipated shipping timeframe will be communicated on the product page or during checkout.

If an existing order becomes delayed, we will provide an updated shipping estimate and the option to cancel for a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact support@caulifloweru.com as soon as possible.

We will accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, standard returns and exchanges procedures generally apply, except where customers have additional cancellation rights under applicable law.
