Refund Policy

At Cauliflower University, we're committed to providing high-quality grappling apparel, training gear, and merchandise. We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something doesn't work out, we're happy to assist with eligible returns and exchanges.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible merchandise within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, all items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags and labels attached, where applicable.
• Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, and signs of training or use.
• Include original product packaging and accessories, where applicable.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or an order number.

Items may be tried on for sizing purposes, provided they remain clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? We're happy to help!

We accept size and color exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

• Exchanges are available for eligible merchandise in original condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard size or preference exchanges.
• Cauliflower University will cover standard outbound shipping for the first approved domestic size exchange.
• Additional exchanges or international exchanges may require shipping charges, which will be disclosed before processing.
• If your preferred replacement item is unavailable, we can offer a refund in accordance with this policy.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and product quality reasons, the following items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:

• Merchandise that has been worn during training, competition, or physical activity.
• Washed, altered, damaged, or visibly used merchandise.
• Items clearly marked Final Sale at the time of purchase.
• Opened or used personal protective or hygiene-related products, including mouthguards, protective cups, and undergarments.
• Personalized or custom-made merchandise, unless defective or incorrect.
• Gift cards, except where required by applicable law.

Regularly priced and discounted merchandise is eligible for returns unless specifically marked Final Sale.

These exclusions do not limit any rights customers may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@caulifloweru.com and include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product and, if applicable, its packaging.

If we confirm that the product is defective or that we shipped the wrong item, Cauliflower University will cover the necessary return and replacement shipping costs or provide an appropriate refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

1. Email support@caulifloweru.com with your order number and reason for the request.
2. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
3. Once approved, securely package your merchandise and ship it to the designated return address.
4. Returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days after approval.

Please do not send merchandise back without first contacting us for return instructions.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• We aim to process refunds within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting returned merchandise.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
• Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for ordinary customer-initiated returns, unless required by law or the return results from an error on our part.
• We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Returns that do not satisfy the eligibility requirements may be declined, subject to applicable law.

International Returns

International customers may request returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise within 30 days of delivery, subject to applicable local consumer rights.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping and any applicable customs-related charges unless the merchandise was incorrect or defective.
